Kubasiak, Fylstra, Thorpe & Rotunno, P.C. represents corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and individuals in various aspects of employment law.
The firm advises clients on various aspects of ongoing employment related matters, including preparing employee handbooks, policies and procedures, advising employers regarding implementation of drug testing, privacy in the workplace, hiring and termination of employees, workplace harassment and violence, and monitoring employee use of networks and computers. In addition, the firm prepares all manner of employment-related agreements, such as employment contracts, covenants not to compete, confidentiality and non-use agreements, and severance agreements, and advises clients with regard to the enforcement and defense of the above.
The firm represents clients before various regulatory agencies, such as the EEOC, Department of Employment Security and Department of Labor. The firm represents and advises clients in employment related litigation, including the areas of wrongful discharge, workplace discrimination and harassment, and the enforcement and defense of restrictive covenants. The firm also represents and advises clients with regard to salesman agreements and commissions.
