Privacy is important to Kubasiak, Fylstra, Thorpe & Rotunno, P.C. ("KFT&R"). The following statement discloses the information practices of the KFT&R web site, including what type of information is gathered and tracked, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared. This policy does not apply to information that the firm may collect in other forums, including through emails or offline.
On its web sites, KFT&R collects and processes certain personal information for its networking, marketing, recruiting and other similar business purposes. The KFT&R web site may request personally identifiable data from you, which may include your name, email address, company name, or other personal information such as your address, fax or telephone number. The firm's web server may also automatically store your IP address, your domain and other information when you log onto the firm's site. Such personal information is not shared with outside entities other than appropriate service providers who assist the firm in carrying out these business functions. However, please be aware that in certain circumstances, it is possible that personal information may be subject to disclosure pursuant to judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants, or orders.
KFT&R uses standard security measures to protect information submitted on this site. The firm cannot guarantee that its standard measures will prevent a third party from circumventing its security measures and unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, or that an error may occur in the administration of the KFT&R site.
In connection with a job application or inquiry, whether advertised on the KFT&R web site or otherwise, you may provide the firm with information about yourself, such as a resume or curriculum vitae. The firm may use that information for the purpose of employment consideration or your inquiry. Except where you tell the firm not to, it will keep the information for future consideration.
If you participate in a KFT&R discussion forum, you should be aware that the information you provide there will be broadly available to others, potentially inside or outside of the firm, who have access to that discussion forum. Each participant's opinion on a discussion forum is his or her own and should not be considered as reflecting the opinion of KFT&R. In addition, the KFT&R web site may contain links to other web sites. KFT&R is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other web sites.
