Mr. Kaltenbach concentrates his practice in the area of commercial litigation and business-related disputes in both state and federal court. Mr. Kaltenbach's prior litigation experience includes defense of pharmaceutical and medical device corporations in complex multi-district products liability litigation, defense of health-care professionals in medical negligence litigation and defense of corporations in consumer finance and lending litigation. Mr. Kaltenbach has also advised and represented commercial and residential property management companies in landlord/tenant disputes.

Mr. Kaltenbach joined Kubasiak, Fylstra, Thorpe & Rotunno, P.C. in 2002. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the Chicago office of Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon. Mr. Kaltenbach has also served as a Graduate Fellow with the Federal Defender's Office for the Northern District of Illinois.
